Legacy Hyatt Card Auto-converting to WOH card
On January 11th all legacy cardholders will automatically be updated to the newer card. If your annual fee is before August, you'll still only pay $75, thereafter all annual fees will be $95. Some of our writers are electing to cancel theirs prior and then apply for the new one to receive a new bonus, which based on the age of the card would be beyond 24 month bonus rule.

Why You Might Want This Card
Bottom Line
This card is a blue chip option for folks who love the Hyatt brand -- and who want their points to stretch far. The Hyatt card will count toward Chase's 5/24 rule, so if you're maxed out there, don't apply. But if you qualify for another Chase card -- and you love Hyatt -- this is a super valuable card. The sign-up bonus and the perks far outweigh the annual $95 fee. And the Discoverist status remains yours as long as you have the card.
